My mother is from a mountainous farmhouse in rural New York. It's among the more beautiful places I've seen on this planet. When I learned it's illegal to get buried there, I decided it was a law worth breaking when the time comes. So when I expire, if you can figure out where I'm buried, you're invited to enjoy the view.
